Sussex Uni Food has given out 1,400 free Purple Berry breakfast bowls in Eat Central, receiving lots of positive feedback from students. This initiative was designed to help fuel student success with a vibrant and nutritious breakfast. The free offer ran every weekday morning from Tuesday 6 May to Tuesday 20 May.
One student who took advantage of the offer said: "I love acai bowl so much! I've been feeling quite stressed and finding it hard to keep a routine during assessment period. A free acai breakfast becomes my motivation to be on campus."
The campaign was part of Sussex Uni Food's commitment to student wellbeing, recognising that a good breakfast can go a long way during high-pressure periods.
Thank you to the students who came along and got a nutritious breakfast, and to the Sussex Uni Food colleagues that made this possible.
