This course provides staff with the knowledge and skills to be able to identify when violence or aggression may be a potential issue and where safe to do so, diffuse a situation.  This course is suitable for any member of staff who works in a frontline role or who are in regular contact with students / members of the public / visitors and those who are not university staff, either in person or via other media such as email, phone calls and social media. The course is also suitable for those that lone work.
