Join Heales Medical, our Occupational Health provider, for an online webinar: Mental Health Conditions Part 1: Anxiety & Anxiety-Related Disorders.

The session will explore anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, common symptoms, how they can show up at work, and steps to take if you think you may be affected. We’ll also look at how diagnosis works and what treatment and support plans may involve.

This is the first session in the series, with Part 2 to be hosted later, keep an eye out for future updates on our events page.

This session will cover:
•    What are anxiety disorders?
•    Common diagnoses and how they may impact the workplace
•    Diagnosing and treatment plans
•    Substance misuse and anxiety disorders 
•    Visualisation exercises
