The changes that we have had to make to our working arrangements have had to happen quickly in response to Government guidelines.
For many people working from home can provide challenges as we adapt to new ways of carrying out normal activities.
So, teams across the University are working hard to provide advice and guidance to ensure we are supported to do our jobs.

- The HR team have now launched a remote working and wellbeing page which includes a range of tips of remote working, how to look after your wellbeing, and support for staff with a disability
- Support all staff working from home: ITS information and updates on available software and the tools to work remotely
- Academics advice and support: webinars to support teaching online will guide you through the Teaching Online, Learning Anywhere Canvas support site and the basics of teaching online
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion have provided some advice and support for staff with a disability
- Organisational Development have provided some resources for remote working and wellbeing
- Meditation and mental health: our Lead Chaplain Chris McDermott's Mindfulness sessions
- Keeping fit and active: Sussexsport are providing online classes to keep fit
- Keeping physically well: Lecturer in Immunology Dr Jenna Macchiochi's guide to protecting your immune system which was published in the Times
- Support for parents: Prof Sam Cartwright-Hatton advice and support for how parents can help their children in this situation (pus two blogs on Anxiety UK and The Independent)
