Hybrid working
Hybrid working can present some challenges, including feeling disconnected from colleagues, siloed working and lower levels of trust. But hybrid working also brings new opportunities, which can help teams feel more inclusive and connected than ever before.
This 30 minute LinkedIn Learning course on Leveraging Virtual and Hybrid Teams for Improved Effectiveness provides a great introduction to the benefits of hybrid working and includes practical tips and suggestion on how to improve team relationships, collaboration, accountability and development in our post-pandemic world.
The CIPD’s web pages have some advice for planning hybrid working. There is more information on our web pages too.
