Management Essentials
Our Management Essentials workshops are designed to equip you as a manager with the essential skills to become an effective people manager and support as well as support your own personal growth and development. The workshops are open to all managers, leaders and supervisors who are looking to develop or refresh their skills. This is the last round of workshops before the Summer but places are still available for you to book using the links below.
These workshops can also help prepare staff for management roles, so could be included as part of a Personal Development Plan. Worth considering as we enter appraisal season! More information can be found on our web pages.
