As we approach Learning at Work Week, a national annual campaign, highlighting the benefits of continual learning and development to achieve our individual, team, and organisational goals, there is no better time to invest in your professional development by undertaking one of East Sussex College Group’s free online courses.
This month, we are shining the spotlight on Understanding Business Improvement Techniques, a course specialising in understanding effective working practices that can be applied across a range of sectors and job roles.
Why Enrol:
- Elevate Your Skill Set: Offering breadth and depth of study, the curriculum incorporates key knowledge into six mandatory units. Learners will understand the benefits of building effective working relationships and having an organised work environment, equip themselves with knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen) and formalised problem-solving processes, and harness the power of visual management systems and flow process analysis to improve their work environment.
- Study Flexibly for Free: With an estimated completion time of 8 to 12 weeks, the course is fully online and self-paced. You will have a dedicated and experienced assessor on hand to help you with any questions you might have, and can flexibly schedule your study at a time that suits you. And the best part is, it’s completely free!
- Enhance Your Professional Profile: Employers value individuals who can work collaboratively in a team while increasing productivity and efficiency within an organisation. Upon successful completion of the course, you will gain a level 2 certificate in Business Improvement Techniques accredited by NCFE CACHE, boosting your employability and career prospects.
Don’t miss this opportunity to invest not only in your own learning and growth but in the development and success of your wider team at Sussex.
To enrol directly, please visit the East Sussex College Group website. (Please be aware that this is a government-funded course and to enrol you will need to complete a questionnaire, including a basic maths and English assessment.)
