The month of October is Menopause Awareness Month, and World Menopause Day is held annually on 18 October. It aims to break taboo and improve women’s health and wellbeing by raising awareness about the symptoms of menopause and the support options available.
The theme for World Menopause Day 2025 is Lifestyle Medicine, which you can find out more information about on the International Menopause Society website.
Whether you’re experiencing menopausal symptoms yourself or looking to support someone who is, the Wellbeing Hub can provide guidance and resources to help.
