Workshop: Reasonable Adjustments – What’s Changing?
Description: Interactive session developed with students and led by Prof Graeme Pedlingham (Reasonable Adjustments Review lead) on changes to student reasonable adjustments, work on more anticipatory approaches, and how this might translate into teaching and assessment. The session will help us to co-develop supportive guidance for staff, through the engagement, experiences and expertise of participants.
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants understand more about disabled students' experiences.
- Participants are more familiar with the recent changes in legal context around reasonable adjustments and inclusivity for disabled students.
- Participants have contributed to guidance for staff on reasonable adjustments and inclusivity in learning environments for disabled students.
