New University of Sussex Guidance on the use of Content Notes and content advice in teaching

We are pleased to share guidance for staff who would like to use content notes as a pedagogical tool to support their teaching and facilitate student engagement with sensitive topics.

The guidance covers what we mean by a content note, how they can be used in teaching and where you can direct students for further support. More supporting resources on teaching sensitive subjects, including example content notes and case studies, will be available on the Educational Enhancement website in September.
