Our project governance
The project’s four workstreams are delivered by two cross-cutting working groups: Curriculum & Assessment – Led by Prof. Claire Smith.
Architecture & Structure - Led by Professor Elizabeth Harrison.
Membership of working groups are reviewed at each stage of the project with representation across academic and professional services, including ITS and Estates.
Operations and implementation are overseen by Denise Cooper, Deputy Director of Academic Services. All project activity is reported to the Steering Group.
Academic decisions are made through the University Education Committee and Senate cycle whilst project delivery decisions are made through the Capital Strategy Investment Board.
