Sussex Direct, HR system, AppsAnywhere and Cognos - essential system migrations

As part of the Cloud Transformation project, we are continuing to migrate essential services over to our new server location.
These systems will be unavailable during the periods listed below. Please do not use the systems at these times.
Sussex Direct
Sussex Direct will be migrated on Thursday 20 February and will be unavailable for 1 hour from 8 – 9am.
AppsAnywhere
Maintenance will be undertaken on the Software Hub (AppsAnywhere) service on Friday 21 February between 7- 9am.
HR system, including MyView
The HR system (Zellis), which includes MyView, will be moved on Tuesday 25 February between 4 - 6pm.
Cognos - Business Intelligence and Business Reporting
Cognos will be moved on Thursday 27 February between 4 - 6pm.

If you need to use these systems on the days noted, please make sure to plan accordingly.
If you experience any difficulties accessing any of these systems after the times listed, please contact the IT Service Desk.
These migrations are part of a series of IT Services that will be moved over to a new and improved hosting platform in the next month – we will keep you informed of any significant updates.
