Have you updated your personal details in MyView?

In August, Colin Shipp, Executive Director of Human Resources, wrote to ask all colleagues to check, and where necessary, update personal details in MyView.
If you haven’t done this yet, there is still time – we’d ask you to complete your check / update by the end of the day on Friday 26 September.
Why it’s important
The update will help us as we prepare for the introduction of our new Oracle Fusion HR system from May 2026, as well as helping us to:
- stay compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
- stay compliant with HMRC/payroll requirements
- improve equality, diversity and inclusion data for reporting and accreditation
- communicate with you effectively, especially in emergencies.
