About Dotdigital

Dotdigital has been chosen as the preferred supplier for our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

CRM systems are vital parts our student recruitment toolkit. They enable us to engage with students all the way from the first enquiry through to application and accepting an offer. This helps us provide a consistent, personalised experience at every stage of the process.

With our current product contract coming to an end, we’re due to introduce a new and improved CRM in September, in time for the start of the next UCAS cycle.

Benefits

Some of the key benefits include:

  • a modern system that can support how we work, both now and in the future, by providing better email campaigns, reporting abilities, and customer management
  • significantly improved functionality, making processes more efficient for colleagues
  • a seamless experience for prospective and current students
  • data-driven insights to help inform targeted recruitment activities
  • supporting financial resilience

Supporting our strategic objectives

Dotdigital will also assist with our strategic goals by helping us to provide a better staff and student experience (human flourishing), reducing cost and print needs by facilitating electronic communication (sustainability), and providing an up-to-date system (digital and data futures).
