Staff receive extra day’s annual leave on 23 December

The University Executive Group recently made the decision to provide all staff with an extra day’s annual leave on Wednesday 23 December this year, to say thank you to staff for their hard work and dedication during the recent period.
Adam Tickell said: “Here we are in the brink of a new academic year, with our new and returning students arriving on campus and in the city as I speak. We mustn’t forget everything that we’ve achieved to get here. I can’t say that this hasn’t been challenging. We’ll be giving staff an additional day off this year – in recognition of your hard work and your dedication.”
