Senate elections to take place in May

The Governance team will be running elections for a Professional Services representative of Senate, School representatives, and a Senate representative of Council this semester.
The team will email all staff who are eligible to vote on 18 May. Voting will take place between 8-22 June, with results due on 25 June. Notices of all live elections and previous results are published on the Governance Team pages.
Council and Senate are two of the three Statutory bodies of the University, the other being Court. Senate is responsible for the academic standards and the direction and regulation of academic matters of the University. Council is the governing body of the University.
