Today (27 September) the Director of HR, Siobhan O'Reilly, wrote to all staff about the latest staff survey which is due to start tomorrow. You can read the email in full below.
Dear colleague,
Our latest staff survey launches this week and you will receive an invitation by email tomorrow to take part. The online survey is run by a third-party provider, People Insights, who will manage responses in confidence. They will ensure there is no risk of them being attributable to an individual to encourage more people to give an honest opinion of working at Sussex.
You will receive a link which is unique to you and the survey should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. It will run from tomorrow, Tuesday 28 September 2021 to Tuesday 19 October 2021 and you will be sent reminders during this period.
We will be holding two shorter pulse surveys a year, providing us with the opportunity to find out what matters most to you and to give you the chance to say what you think could be done differently or better.
I appreciate this is a busy time of year, but please take part so we can hear your views and experience of working here and so that we can respond and bring about positive change here at Sussex.
