You can now have your say in the University's latest staff survey.
The online survey - which lasts until Tuesday 19 October 2021 - is run by a third-party provider, People Insight, who will manage responses in confidence. They will ensure there is no risk of them being attributable to an individual to encourage more people to give an honest opinion of working at Sussex.
You have received a link by email from People Insight which is unique to you and the survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
We will be holding two shorter pulse surveys a year, providing us with the opportunity to find out what matters most to you and to give you the chance to say what you think could be done differently or better.
Please take the time to share your views and experience of working at the University so that we can respond and bring about positive change here at Sussex.
