Last updated: Thursday, 16 December 2021
We would like to thank everyone who has attended our workshops over this last year. Moving to virtual learning has been a challenge but also has many rewards. As always, we would encourage you to get in touch with any feedback or comments you have about any aspect of Organisational Development (OD) training. We use it to inform and shape the workshops we offer. Please email us at od@sussex.ac.uk.
The new Menopause Policy and related guidance is now available, along with other resources and support. You can access it all here.
OD staff update:
Vicki Love joins us on 4 January 2022 as an OD Adviser. She has lots of experience of designing and delivering management development and is also a mental health first aider. Kelly Lewis-Clarke also joins as an OD Adviser on 24 January 2022. Kelly brings a wealth of experience in talent management, employee engagement and supporting change through OD interventions. We will also be gaining an Apprenticeships Officer soon.
