Organisational Development staff update
Vicki Love joined us on 4 January 2022 as an Organisational Development (OD) Adviser. She has lots of experience of designing and delivering management development and is also a mental health first aider.
Chris Hamilton will be joining the OD team on 17 January as Apprenticeship Officer. Chris will help support and grow the apprenticeship offer at Sussex and explore how to utilise available apprenticeship funds.
Kelly Lewis-Clarke will joins as an OD Adviser on 24 January 2022. Kelly brings a wealth of experience in talent management, employee engagement and supporting change through OD interventions.
