If you are thinking about career development…

This shorter LinkedIn Learning course is designed to help you design and implement your career plan: Develop your Career Plan.
Mentoring is a powerful method of professional development. Find out more about how mentoring can help you on our web pages or email Sarah O’Malley, OD Adviser on s.m.o-malley@sussex.ac.uk for an informal chat.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week, 21-27 March
The term neurodiversity is used to describe the 20% of people who have Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, Autism, Tourette’s Syndrome, Dyspraxia, and Dysgraphia. It’s important for us all to think about how we can help create a more inclusive environment for neurodivergent groups. The website for the week 2022 Events Schedule | Neurodiversity Celebration Week (neurodiversityweek.com) has lots of free sessions you can sign up for, including introductory webinars, panel discussions and more, on a wide range of events aimed to educate and encourage conversations around neurodiversity in a safe space.
BUPA has a business toolkit where you can access resources and support, including a guide for managers: Supporting Neurodiversity in the workplace: a manager’s guide.
