Please make sure Outlook is up to date – or your email will stop working from Monday 12 December

Microsoft will stop supporting older versions of Outlook from the end of this year. To make sure you continue to receive your University emails, please ensure you are running one of the following versions of Outlook:
- Outlook 2016 or later
- Outlook 2013 (may require a registry key)
- Outlook 2016 for Mac or later
- Outlook for iOS and Android
- AppleMail for Mac OS 10.14 or later
- AppleMail for iOS 11.3.1 or later
- Windows Mail (windows 10)
Versions of Outlook other than those in the list above will stop working on Monday 12 December.
If you have further questions, or you are a staff member that manages services or applications that connect to our email service please raise a fault via the ITS Support Portal with details of the email addresses that it uses.
