Please can we ask you to ensure your staff are completing their required mandatory training and specifically the module on Diversity in the Workplace.
The University has a duty of care to ensure this happens, that new staff are made aware of their responsibilities and can operate respectfully, legally and safely within our work environment.
All staff members are automatically enrolled on to LearnUpon and should receive a login email within their first two weeks of employment, asking them to complete their training. Depending on their role, they may be enrolled on 'role specific' mandatory training. If, for any reason, your staff member has not received an email inviting them to undertake their training, please contact od@sussex.ac.uk.
Starting from the autumn term, the Organisational Development team will provide Heads of School and Directors with a termly mandatory training report to enable better support of our new staff.

- Introduction to Counter Fraud
- Modern Slavery
- Prevent
- Safeguarding Essentials
