For the new academic year, we are excited to launch Welcome to Sussex.
We have been busy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to pull together and shape this comprehensive digital welcome pack. Covering key information to set new employees up for success at Sussex and enable them to thrive in their new role, Welcome to Sussex is also a great source of information for all current staff and we invite everyone to take a look. It can be accessed via MyView and will show up as My Welcome to Sussex.
Welcome to Sussex is supported by a suite of guidance including:
- Guidance for Line Managers Onboarding New Employees to support managers with best practice onboarding their new employees
- Guidance for New Line Managers joining Sussex which covers the extra information specifically for new line managers.
HR Business Services will be sending Welcome to Sussex out to new staff from 1 October 2023 onwards.
