Dear Colleague,
I am writing to remind you that we ask that you complete an industrial action declaration form if you participated in either or both of the strike days called by UNISON on Monday 2 or Tuesday 3 October 2023.
Declarations must be made by 5pm on Thursday 12 October 2023, and deductions will be made in the October payroll.
