Attention all staff!
Get ready for our first ever All-Staff Wellbeing Festival at Sussex on 17 July 2024!
This celebration is designed to elevate your mental, physical, and financial wellbeing. We're putting together a line-up of inspirational speakers, invigorating fitness activities, learning opportunities, and so much more.
The Festival will be held right here on campus and we've made sure that you can easily plan your day around your work commitments. But wait, there's more! We've curated an array of engaging online events that will make you feel like you're right there with us, no matter where you are! And whenever possible, we'll be recording sessions so you can access them later at your convenience.
What's on?
Dr Robin Banerjee will kick things off at 9.30am, followed by a lineup of keynote and guest speakers. Here's a sneak peek:
* Paul Dolan, Professor of Behavioural Science at the LSE and author of two bestselling books on happiness
* Lisa McDonald from Flower of Life Nutrition will host a Detoxification presentation followed by a mouth-watering Show and Taste session
* Helen Rimmer will inspire you with her Kind Brave Leader presentation
* CoppaFeel will raise awareness about Breast Cancer in an engaging and informative session
But that's not all! We've got a whole host of bookable activities that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and connected. We have a

- Line Dancing
- 80s, 90s and noughties Silent Disco
- Crochet and Knit, and so much more – there really is something for everyone!
And don't forget to check out our amazing Wellbeing Room, open to all from 11am-4pm! You'll find stalls where you can chat with a variety of Staff Networks, Reward and Benefit teams and providers, Able Futures, Occupational Health, CoppaFeel, Student Experience Team, SussexSports (who will also offer health checks), Tree of Life Centre, Cyrobright, and so much more! You can also grab a free smoothie with special thanks to Sussex Uni Food (get there quick, while stocks last!)
