The Mentoring Community of Practice (CoP) is open to all staff involved in an active mentoring relationship or waiting to be matched with a mentee. The CoP sessions are held termly and look at new mentoring models and approaches, as well as sharing success stories and challenges for support from peers.
The next CoP is on campus on Tuesday 3 December from 10-11am. We will be looking at the Diamond Model, a useful approach that enables you to facilitate a mentoring conversation exploring performance by looking at meaning, enjoyment, achievement and learning with your mentee. We will also have some open space to seek support on mentoring challenges.
