A series of roadworks is taking place on the Southern Ring Road from Tuesday 26 August to Friday 12 September, as part of a wider project on the electrical mains on campus.
This will require a full road closure on the Southern Ring Road between the P2 Innovation Centre and P3 Biology Road car parks, both of which will remain open and accessible. Diversion routes will be in place.
All car parks off the Southern Ring Road as far as the Sussex Innovation Centre (SINC) are accessible from the junction with Knights Gate Road. The Biology and Sussex House car parks are all accessible by following Knights Gate Road down Boiler House Hill and turning left onto the North South Road.
There will be no impact to buses, including Park and Ride. The impact on general traffic is expected to be low.
