Payroll Giving
Through our Payroll Giving scheme, Sussex employees can support and make monthly donations - directly through their salary - to any UK-registered charity or recognised good cause. This includes national or local charities, places of worship, schools, scout groups and more.
2025 has been a tough year, but together we can make a meaningful difference to those who need our help.
What are the benefits?
Payroll Giving is not only simple, but also tax efficient. Your donation is deducted before tax, meaning it costs you less. For example, if you donate £5, it only costs you £4 in take-home pay and HMRC covers the rest!
What if I change my mind?
Regular donations provide charities with stability, helping them plan and budget for the year ahead. However, you’re always in control. You can cancel your donation, change the amount, or switch the charities you support at any time.
