On Friday 8 May 2026, the Sussex Education Festival returns for its fourth year—bringing together our vibrant teaching and learning community for a day of sharing, celebrating, and sparking new ideas. Whether you’re shaping education from the front of a classroom, behind the scenes, or alongside students, this is your space to explore innovative practice, showcase your work, and connect with colleagues.
We’re inviting proposals from all staff involved in education, and we especially welcome co-presented sessions with students—with student participation vouchers available to support involvement.
With three inspiring themes and multiple ways to take part, there’s a place for every voice at this year’s festival.
