Learning at Work Week 2026: Many Ways to Learn
Learning at Work Week runs from Monday 18 to Friday 22 May 2026, with an additional session taking place the following week. Staff across Sussex are invited to take part in a varied and engaging programme designed to celebrate learning in all its forms.
About Learning at Work Week
Learning at Work Week 2026 focuses on the national theme “Many ways to learn”, highlighting the wide range of ways we can develop skills, build confidence, and continue learning throughout our careers.
The theme recognises that learning does not look the same for everyone. Whether through social learning, learning by doing, online resources, coaching, shadowing, or more structured training, the week encourages inclusive and flexible approaches to lifelong learning that benefit both individuals and the organisation.
