On Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 May, the IT Service Desk will be temporarily relocating to the Library while essential network replacement works take place in Shawcross.
During this period, we will be based near the Library Service Desk and will be available from 9am to 5pm each day, offering:
- Phone support
- Incident and service request support
- Drop-in counter service
Please note that laptop drop-off and collection services will not be available during these days.
We will return to Shawcross and resume our full range of services from 9am on Friday 29 May and will offer additional bookable slots for equipment collection on those dates.
