Being Comfortable with Change and Uncertainty - Workshop open to all-staff
15th July, 10am-12pm, Woodland 2
We are mindful this is challenging and sensitive time for many across our university and many may be struggling with uncertainty. This interactive 2-hour workshop, hosted by Marcelo Staricoff (Assistant Professor in ESW), is designed to help you build skills, insights and strategies to help navigate uncertainty with greater confidence and calm. Through engaging activities and practical tools, you'll explore how lifelong learning and curiosity transform the way we approach professional challenges, shifting from anxiety to openness, and from uncertainty to possibility.
By the end of the session, you will:
- Recognise professional challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth
- Move from feeling anxious about uncertainty to begin developing positive, creative approaches to problem-solving
- Develop a practical toolkit of strategies to help you reflect, respond and move towards thriving during times of change
