Kindness doesn’t need a calendar — it’s something we can live and breathe every day.
But World Kindness Day on 13th November gives us a special moment to pause, reflect, and actively celebrate the incredible impact kindness can have — in our communities, our workplaces, and our everyday lives.

At the Sussex Centre for Research on Kindness, we will be celebrating the global day with series of uplifting and inclusive activities that invite our entire community to reflect, connect, and act with kindness.

-
Kind@Sussex Social Media Challenge: Use #kind@Sussex- post about your acts of kindness and share stories you have received in University of Sussex.
-
Kindness Symposium: A special "The Business of KINDNESS" webinar on 14th November, where we’ll explore KINDNESS as a business strategy using Timpson as a case study.
