As part of ongoing security improvements, we are switching on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for staff with roles including but not limited to Administrator, Colleague (Editor) and Colleague (Viewer), in Canvas from 2nd July.
This means that you may be challenged by Okta to MFA using your phone each time you sign into Canvas.
If you do not have a privileged role but are asked to MFA, or if you have any queries, please contact IT Service Desk.
