Last week, Jodie Trumper, Deputy Director of HR wrote to all staff to outline important actions to take before MyView closes on Friday 23 October.
The closure is the first part of a transition to our new HR and Payroll system MyHR which is scheduled to launch for staff in week commencing 16 November.
Historic documentation
Colleagues have asked for further clarity on payslips and other documentation in MyView, and whether this will be made available in MyHR. We can confirm that historic documentation will not be moved across, but that HR will retain access to these documents which can be shared on request.
It remains important however to download the documents you need before Friday 23 October, to ensure you can get immediate access to them when needed.
