On 17 September, the University of Sussex will host the Sussex Climate Conference, a new event that gives sixth form and college students the chance to experience academic life at Sussex and engage with some of the biggest questions facing our world today.
Led by the Student Recruitment team, the Sussex Climate Conference brings together the University's three transformational themes, Environmental Sustainability, Digital and Data Futures, and Human Flourishing. Students will engage with cutting-edge research, hear from expert academics, including Professor of Practice Caroline Lucas, and explore climate justice challenges and solutions through a real academic conference experience.
We're asking colleagues to help spread the word through their personal and professional networks. Whether you share our social media content, recommend the conference to friends and family, or mention it to school and college contacts, your support can help us reach more students and raise awareness of the world-leading research, teaching and innovation taking place at Sussex.
